Welcome to Lake Joy and Magic Lake Homeowners Association!
We are one of the few communities in Florida with our own lakes and park, We are located just a few miles from downtown Ocala in North Central Florida.
We have over 580 homes and lots with some buildable lots still available for your home.
Our community association dues pay for lakes, park & common area maintenance, trash collection, document enforcement, liability insurance and professional management.
We are a part of the Marion County Special Taxing Unit and have participation in the shores community clubhouse, pools, pool tables and other activities that are offered with our shared membership in that facility.
